Thomas Fink studied physics at Caltech and took his PhD at St. John’s College, Cambridge. Yong Mao studied physics and took his PhD at Trinity College, Cambridge. They are research fellows at Goville & Caius and St. John’s coleges, and research in statistical mechanics at the Cavendish Laboratory.
